Dena M. Roudybush is the host of The Big Talker's "Mortgages, Money & More" which airs Sundays at noon. Ms. Roudybush serves as General Counsel of the law firm, Compliance Counsel, PC, a Virginia based law practice dedicated to serving the mortgage banking and financial services industry. Ms. Roudybush is recognized in the mortgage banking industry as an expert on regulatory compliance matters.
She brings her wealth of experience to the show as former General Counsel and Director of Servicing for a national mortgage servicing company, as well as former counsel to mortgage lenders, brokers and private equity firms. Currently, her practice is dedicated to representing homeowners in the negotiation of short sale and loan modification transactions.
"Mortgagaes, Money & More" provides listeners with honest answers on mortgage modification options, insight on the housing crisis, and stimulating but understandable conversations on housing, the economy and money.
As a consumer advocate, she has appeared on local morning and nightly news programs to educate consumers on the current housing crisis and is currently working with Virginia representatives to align regulatory and private agency responses to create outreach programs and forums for metropolitan homeowners. Ms. Roudybush continues to provide regulatory compliance training for banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders nationwide.
